Welcome to The Catholic Daughters of the Americas in Vermont!
Organized in 1903 the Catholic Daughters of the Americas is one of the oldest and largest Catholic women’s organizations. We are approximately 70,000 strong.
The first court organized in Vermont in 1912 is Court Isabella #173 in Fair Haven. Court Isabella celebrated 100 years in 2012.
We have over 600 members in 10 courts around the state.
Have you ever wanted to find a group of women who were like minded in your Catholic faith? Do you want to make new friends, pray and work together for positive change in your life and those around you?
Catholic Daughters is a charitable organization and we work to support various programs (like Habitat for Humanity), projects (like raising funds for an ultrasound machine for CareNet) and charities (like supporting Dragon Boat, Vermont with a community team of CDA women) on the local, state and national levels of our order.
If you are a Catholic woman over 18 years of age we would welcome you to join us in our endeavors on behalf of Mary Our Patroness, in keeping with our motto of Unity and Charity.
We welcome all in the Peace, Love and Joy of Christ!
